Terms & Conditions

1. Cats will, under no circumstances, be accepted unless and up-to-date vaccination certificate is presented at the time of boarding.
2. On both arrival and departure, all cats should be transported in a secure cat carrier.
3. Cats remain their owners' sole responsibility until admitted into the compound.
4. Cat owners agree to authorise managerial staff to engage veterinary assistance where necessary and further agree to pay all related expenses thereof (in the case of an emergency, we are only 2 minutes away the nearest veterinary practice. For non emergencies, owners' preferred vet will be contacted).
5. Fees are payable for every day that a chalet has been booked, including arrival/departure days. No reductions or refunds can be given to owners taking their pet home early.
6. Cancellations at short notice will be charged at 50% of the original boarding fee.
